This role will involve carrying out responsive maintenance and repair works on occupied residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong plumbing background as their primary trade, whilst also being competent in a range of multi-trade disciplines including carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and general repairs. Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance is essential.
