Multi-Skilled Operative (Carpentry / Retrofit) - Temp to Perm Position

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to work across the Reading and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term, stable work with immediate start available.

The role will involve a mixture of carpentry, touch-up painting, general maintenance and retrofit works across multiple sites. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding team with ongoing projects and future development opportunities.

Current site locations:

• Calcot (Reading) - current site
• Calne - upcoming project

Both projects are expected to run for a minimum of 2 years, with further works planned including upcoming projects in Dorset.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in carpentry, retrofit, maintenance, or similar multi-skilled works
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)

Candidates with Window & Door NVQ experience may be considered for future window and door team opportunities.

Further loft installation roles will also be available as upcoming projects develop.
