Job Title: Multi-Trader / Skilled tradesperson (18th Edition Preferred)
Location: Office Based - Victoria, London.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per year + Bonus + Overtime

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Multi-Trader / Tradesperson to join our growing team, working with a portfolio of commercial clients located just minutes from Victoria Station. This is a permanent, full-time role ideal for someone looking for stability, variety in work, and a strong team environment.

You''ll work alongside another experienced multi-trader carrying out a variety of tasks, including:

• Electrical remedial and retrofitting works (18th Edition preferred)

• Basic plumbing: unblocking toilets, changing taps, etc.

• Basic carpentry: building shelves, changing locks, minor repairs

• General maintenance across 25–30 client sites (90% within walking distance of the office)

You’ll meet at our Victoria Street office every morning to plan the day, collect tools (provided), and head out to nearby jobs. Most tools are easily transported on a basic trolley we supply.

• Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry tasks

• 18th Edition qualification preferred (but not essential)

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

• Great team player and communicator

• Physically fit and comfortable with walking between client sites

• £38,000 – £42,000 salary (based on experience)

• Annual Christmas bonus

• Annual pay rises

• 25 days holiday + 1 extra day per year of service

• Regular overtime (35–45+ hrs/month at 1.5x pay)

• Weekend call-outs (£15/day + minimum 4-hour call-out fee)
