Multi Trader

We are currently looking for a Muti Trader for a estate custodian role in the Lincoln area.

The successful multi trader will get :

• Van and fuel card
• Death benefits
• 23 days holiday including bank holiday
• Overtime available at time and a half

For this role the multi trader will need :

• To be able to complete pre moving surveys
• To be able to inspect properties
• Managing a team completing joinery works
• Clean DBS
• UK driving licence
• Trade qualifications in management
• Able to work from 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
