About the Role:As a Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. You will be a key part of the team, responding to various jobs across the town and city. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

Performing repairs and maintenance across multiple trades, including

plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, and painting .

Adhering to all regulatory standards and maintaining a strong focus on health and safety at all times.

Working in diverse conditions, including at heights and in confined spaces.

Establishing works required and associated costs.

Maintaining accurate paperwork and updating PDA database information.

What We''re Looking For

Salary:

Up to £36,000 per annum and £38,000 after probation, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2

or

City and guilds Craft

in a core trade (e.g., plumbing, carpentry).

Experience and Skills:

Proven experience in repairs, maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, and painting.

A full, clean driving license is essential.

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on health and safety.

Flexible and adaptable, willing to work in various locations.
