Multi-Trader Carpenter

TradeField Recruitment-is currently working with a well-established property maintenance contractor that delivers high-quality maintenance and refurbishment works across-East and South London. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced-Multi-Trade Carpenter-to join their long-standing team.

This role is ideally suited to somebody who takes pride in the quality of their work and has previous experience working within a property maintenance environment.

The Role:

• Carrying out carpentry works as your core trade.
• Undertaking additional multi-trade duties, including basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, decorating and general repairs.
• Working in occupied and void properties.
• Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
• Managing your own workload and completing jobs efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years'' experience in carpentry.
• At least 4 years'' experience working as a Multi-Trader.
• Previous experience working for a property maintenance company is highly desirable.
• Ability to carry out additional trades to a good standard.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Professional, reliable and quality-focused approach.
