Multi Trader - Carpenter

Multi Trade Operative (Voids) Brighton Up to £36,000 plus company van and fuel card Hyde is looking to recruit a Multi Trade Operative. As a Multi Trader at Hyde, you will be a key member of our maintenance team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance. This role requires a versatile professional who can address a range of property needs efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall well-being of our customers by ensuring the quality and functionality of our housing units. Key Responsibilities: Conducting carpentry tasks, including constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures, doors etc. Collaborating with other maintenance professionals to complete comprehensive property projects. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines. Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used. Providing excellent customer service to customers. Skills and experience: Proven experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, FRA fire doors and general maintenance. Experience working in social housing is desirable. Knowledge of trade-specific techniques, materials, and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Full and Clean UK driver''s licence.
