You ll be part of a reactive maintenance and helping improve the sustainability and performance of occupied homes.The Role: You ll carry out a range of maintenance designed to improve tenant comfort, energy efficiency, and building performance, including:Basic carpentry ( door undercuts ) Damp and Mould repairs Concrete slabs in preparation (Heat pumps) Install window trickle vents Video interviews taking place asapRequirements:City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, etc.)Full UK driving licenceYou''ll be joining a forward-thinking team committed to improving homes, reducing carbon, and making communities greener.
