This is a mobile role covering multiple sites across the Midlands, with the position based from Worcester and travel required across Lincolnshire, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Loughborough, Northampton and Coventry. The Role Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery Complete minor plumbing repairs and installations Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs Diagnose faults and complete effective, long-lasting repairs Undertake general building and property maintenance duties Work independently and as part of a wider team Travel between multiple sites across the contract area Ensure all work is completed to a high standard Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and suitable condition Follow all relevant health and safety procedures Provide a professional and customer-focused service About You Previous experience as a Multi Trade Operative or similar role Competent across carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general building repairs Good fault-finding a...
