Multi Trade Plumber Permanent Location: Waltham Forest, LondonSalary: £40,674 per annumContract: Permanent, Full-TimeVehicle: Company van providedFuel: Fuel card providedAbout the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join a local authority repairs and maintenance team on a permanent basis, working across properties throughout Waltham Forest.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing and multi-trade repairs within council properties, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant health, safety and quality requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, secure employment, with a permanent contract, company van and fuel card provided.Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations within residential properties. Diagnose and repair plumbing faults efficiently and professionally. Undertake a range of associated multi-trade repairs, including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and other general maintenance tasks. Respond to reactive repair requests and complete works within agreed timescales. Carry out planned and void property maintenance when required. Work safely and professionally in occupied and vacant properties. Maintain accurate records of work completed using relevant systems.
