Plumbing will be your primary trade, with additional responsibility for a range of general maintenance and repair activities. You will be responsible for completing work to a high standard, with an emphasis on resolving issues efficiently, getting jobs right first time and providing a professional service to residents. Key Responsibilities Undertake a broad range of plumbing repairs and installations, including identifying and repairing leaks, hot and cold-water systems, immersion heaters, tanks, kitchens and bathrooms. Complete general multi-trade maintenance, including: Wall and floor tiling First and second fix carpentry Plaster repairs, patching and making good Painting and decorating Update job information promptly and accurately using the Axis mobile application.
