Job Title: Multi Trade PlumberJob Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full-TimeSector: Property ServicesLocation: London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00Salary: 21- 23 per hourWe are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Multi Trade Plumber to join a leading housing provider. In this role, you will deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance services across social housing properties for local authorities and housing associations.Responsibilities:Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in occupied properties, including but not limited to installing or repairing plumbing systems, fixing leaks, replacing taps, toilets, showers, and installing/repairing kitchen and bathroom units performing minor carpentry, tiling, painting and plastering as part of multi trade duties diagnosing and resolving plumbing and maintenance issues efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations using a PDA device to receive instructions, log work details, provide feedback and update records on completed or pending tasksRequirements:Full UK Driving Licence (manual)Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)Previous experience within social housingBenefits:Van and Fuel card (for business use only)Long term work Opportunity to be taken on permanentSupportive and professional working environmentOngoing access to training and developmentIf you are interested in this ..... full job details .....
