Multi Skilled Operative - Planned (Plumber)

Location: Based in Norwich, covering properties across Norfolk and North Suffolk
Pay Rate: -2223 per hour (umbrella rate)
Contract Type: Temporary

Are you a skilled plumber with a passion for delivering high-quality work in social housing? Join a dynamic Operations team where your expertise will help improve lives through planned bathroom installations and aids & adaptations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned works including bathroom installations and adaptations
• Support responsive repairs and maintenance in both void and occupied properties
• Work across multiple trades including carpentry, tiling, plastering, and decorating
• Ensure timely completion of work to high standards and customer satisfaction
• Participate in out-of-hours emergency work on a rota basis

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plumbing and general building/construction
• Strong understanding of property maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
• Willingness to travel across Norfolk and North Suffolk
• DBS check required prior to employment
