Hours: 36 per week, Monday to Friday

Are you a qualified Plumber with multi-trade experience looking to work locally? If you hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing and have skills in general maintenance and repairs, this could be a great opportunity to join a community-focused team.

You''ll carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and general maintenance across tenanted, commercial, and void properties. The role includes:

• Plumbing repairs and emergency call-outs
• Basic plastering, tiling, and decorating
• Use of IT systems for job tracking
• Collaboration with other trades
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
• Skilled in at least one other trade
• Experience in social housing or repairs preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• DBS check required
