About the Role

CDS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced-Plumber-to join a well-established company providing premium maintenance and minor works services across-Northern England and Southern Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a-temp-to-perm-position with a respected business delivering high-quality maintenance solutions to a wide range of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Complete plumbing repairs, installations and minor works.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with current regulations.
• Complete job reports and associated documentation accurately.
• Maintain excellent customer service while working across multiple commercial sites.

What We''re Looking For

• Qualified Plumber with relevant industry experience.
• Experience in commercial maintenance and repair work.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
• A proactive approach with a strong commitment to health and safety.
