This is a varied hands-on role where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across the development. Plumbing will be a key part of the position, alongside general multi-trade duties including carpentry, basic locksmith work, roofing, guttering, drainage, decoration and general building maintenance. You will work closely with the wider facilities and estate team to ensure the development remains safe, secure and maintained to a high standard for residents, staff and visitors.
