Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering and multi-trade repairs within occupied and void social housing properties. The role involves travel between properties, with work allocated as close to your home location as possible. Pay Rate -32,000 per annum - Permanent Duties Include Carrying out all aspects of plastering repairs within social housing properties. Undertaking patch plastering, skimming, rendering, dry lining, and making good following maintenance works. Completing responsive repairs and void property refurbishments. Carrying out additional multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, and plumbing repairs. Diagnosing defects and carrying out effective remedial works within agreed timescales. Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
