Multi Trade PlastererA new opportunity has arisen to work for a housing provider as a Multi Trade Plasterer on a permanent basis. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering and multi-trade repairs within occupied and void social housing properties. The role involves travel between properties, with work allocated as close to your home location as possible.Pay Rate 32,000 per annum - PermanentDuties IncludeCarrying out all aspects of plastering repairs within social housing properties.Undertaking patch plastering, skimming, rendering, dry lining, and making good following maintenance works.Completing responsive repairs and void property refurbishments.Carrying out additional multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, and plumbing repairs.Diagnosing defects and carrying out effective remedial works within agreed timescales.Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Delivering excellent customer service when working in occupied homes.Using PDA/mobile devices to receive, manage, and complete work orders.Maintaining accurate records of works completed and materials used.Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.Skills RequiredProven experience as a Plasterer within social housing, property maintenance, or a similar environment.Skilled in skimming, patch repairs, float and set, rendering, dry lining, and ceiling repairs.Ability to undertake secondary trades ..... full job details .....
