Salary: -20 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Multi Trade Plasterer to join a leading housing Contractor. In this role, you will deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance services across social housing properties for local authorities and housing associations.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a wide range of reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including but not limited to plastering a whole room , plastering walls and celings. Splashback tiling, painting and damp and mould.
• Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plastering (desirable)
