Multi-Trade Plasterer

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Plasterer to join our growing team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across a social housing portfolio in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with strong plastering experience and additional multi-trade skills who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service within occupied residential properties. What You''ll Do Carry out wet trade works including plastering, rendering, screeding, skimming, patch repairs, and making good following maintenance works. Complete a range of multi-trade repairs, including: Wall and floor tiling Basic plumbing repairs 1st and 2nd fix carpentry Painting and decorating to a professional standard Prepare surfaces and complete all finishing works to a high standard. Accurately record completed work and job updates in real time using a mobile app. Work closely with supervisors, planners, and administration teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Complete risk assessments and adhere to all health and safety regulations on every job. Support apprentices and maintain the company''s high standards of workmanship and customer care. Work across occupied social housing properties and participate in out-of-hours and emergency call-out rotas when required.
