You will carry out reactive maintenance, planned works and repairs within occupied and void domestic properties. This is a varied, hands-on Multi Trader role requiring someone who can work independently, manage their own workload and confidently complete repairs across several trades.Job Responsibilities Complete first and second fix carpentry and plumbing repairs. Carry out kitchen and bathroom installations. Repair minor leaks and replace sanitary ware. Complete ceramic wall tiling, vinyl flooring and general floor repairs.
