Multi TraderPortsmouth £20 per Hour + Company Van + Fuel Card + Uniform Full-Time Self-Employed with PAYE Option After 3 MonthsAre you an experienced Multi Trader with strong carpentry, plumbing and general property maintenance skills? A well-established building and maintenance business is looking for experienced Multi Traders to support a busy social housing contract across the Portsmouth area. You will carry out reactive maintenance, planned works and repairs within occupied and void domestic properties. This is a varied, hands-on Multi Trader role requiring someone who can work independently, manage their own workload and confidently complete repairs across several trades.Job Responsibilities Complete first and second fix carpentry and plumbing repairs. Carry out kitchen and bathroom installations. Repair minor leaks and replace sanitary ware. Complete ceramic wall tiling, vinyl flooring and general floor repairs. Undertake painting and decorating works where required. Carry out basic external property maintenance and repair works. Work safely with non-licensed asbestos where required following full training. Maintain your company van, tools and materials in a clean and organised condition.Skills and Knowledge Required Demonstrate strong experience working as a Multi Trader within domestic properties. Have practical skills across carpentry, plumbing, decorating, tiling and flooring. Be confident soldering and completing general plumbing repairs.
