About the role: You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and refrubishments across a portfolio of empty domestic properties, delivering a high-quality, efficient, refurbishment service, preparing them for the new tenants. Key responsibilities: Carry out a wide range of property refurbishment multi trade works to prepare the property for the new tenant. Ensure all works are carried out in line with health and safety legislation, compliance standards, and organisational procedures. Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and respectful approach at all times. Use handheld devices to record job updates, materials used, and completion details.
