Working alongside in-house teams and approved subcontractors, the team delivers major improvement programmes including kitchen renewals, bathroom replacements, roofing works and insulation upgrades. The team also undertakes cyclical maintenance programmes, including statutory safety inspections such as passenger lifts and electrical installations, as well as delivering a range of specialist projects and property improvement works.
