Are you an experienced Multi Trader looking for a permanent role we are recruiting on behalf of a leading national property maintenance contractor for skilled Multi Trade Operatives professionals to join a long-term social housing contract covering Guildford and the surrounding areas.

As a Multi Trader Operative, you''ll carry out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied residential properties, ensuring homes remain safe, well maintained and compliant. You''ll receive your work through a PDA, work independently across your designated area and deliver an outstanding service to residents.

• Carry out high-quality plastering repairs
• Complete basic plumbing repairs and minor installations
• Undertake basic carpentry and joinery repairs
• Perform a variety of general maintenance and multi-trade works
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service within occupied homes
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety and quality standards
• Accurately update jobs using a PDA system

• Experience working as a Multi Trade Operative within social housing, repairs or property maintenance
• Strong plastering skills (NVQ Level 2 preferred)
• Good knowledge of plumbing and carpentry
• Experience working in tenanted properties
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
• Confident using handheld PDA devices
• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Up to -40,660 depending on experience
