Only qualified, proven trades professionals - no DIY-level candidates.Key Requirements and ExperienceStrong multiskilled capability across a range of trade tasks: Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Bricklaying, Fencing, Flooring, Groundworks.Essential experience working in occupied social housing.Must be local to the area - company vehicle is provided strictly for work use (vehicles are tracked for lone working/HandS purposes as well as to prevent misuse of company property).Must be fully vetted; no returns of previous workers unless specifically requested by the client.Workload and Environment - Reactive responsive service: Standard repairs turnaround: 30 daysEmergency callouts: 24 hoursHigh-volume environment:Over 8,000-property and garage stockApprox. 1,500 reactive repairs per month20,000 repairs ..... full job details .....
