Multi Trade Operative

Multi Skilled Tradesman required to work with a leading Matlock/Chesterfield based Housing Association.

I am looking for an experienced multi skilled tradesman to carry out external maintenance work on tenanted properties across the Matlock and Chesterfield area. Work will range from slabbing, fencing, brickwork repairs, patch plastering and groundworks.

Start date: ASAP

Locations: Covering Matlock/Chesterfield and surrounding areas.

Hours: 8.00am - 16.30pm Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.

Pay rate: -20 - -22 per hour plus 0.45p per mile

Duration: 3 months minimum (covering long term sickness) - this could be extended depending on the circumstances.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience (Slabbing, fencing, brickwork, patch plastering and groundworks)
• NVQ or City and Guilds in at least one of the following: Groundworks, Bricklaying or Multi Trade)
• Full UK driving licence
• Own van and tools is a must (45p per mile)
• Good customer service and communication skills
