Location: Swadlincote
Contract: minimum 6 months work
Hours: Monday to Friday
Rate: £19.77 per hour (CIS)

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Operatives to join our client’s repairs & maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day  upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of repairs in domestic/social housing settings, Carpentry / Plumbing / Plastering main trade.

• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties

• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in any relevant trade

• Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to perform basic secondary trades
