Multi-Trade OperativeMain Purpose of the RoleThe Multi-Trade Operative is responsible for delivering a range of property maintenance services, including responsive repairs, planned works, void property refurbishments, and property inspections. The role requires expertise in a primary trade, with the flexibility to undertake secondary trade duties as needed. Work must be completed safely, efficiently, and to agreed quality standards and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out repairs, maintenance, inspections, and refurbishment works across residential properties.Maintain van stock levels, accurately record material usage, and order specialist materials when required.Complete all job records, reports, and associated paperwork accurately and in real time using company systems.Identify and report jobs requiring follow-on works, additional resources, or status changes.Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are used safely and maintained appropriately.Work in compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and Health and Safety legislation.Conduct risk assessments and report hazards, unsafe practices, or incidents.Deliver high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision.Attend appointments as scheduled and provide excellent customer service.Aim to complete repairs on the first visit wherever possible.Take a flexible approach to support operational requirements and changing workloads.Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before leaving ..... full job details .....
