We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to carry out responsive repairs, planned maintenance, void property works, and property inspections across a residential housing portfolio.The RoleAs a Multi Trade Operative, you will deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across your primary trade while supporting a range of secondary trades when required. You will work independently, managing your workload effectively to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out day-to-day repairs, maintenance works, void property refurbishments, and property inspections.Deliver quality workmanship across your specialist trade and support other trades where required.Use handheld devices (PDA/mobile technology) to manage jobs, update records, and complete documentation in real time.Order and manage materials efficiently, minimising waste.Complete repairs on the first visit wherever possible.Conduct risk assessments and work in line with Health and Safety regulations.Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle to the required standards.Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with residents and stakeholders.Attend scheduled appointments and ensure all work is completed to agreed service levels.Support and supervise ..... full job details .....
