Multi Trade Operative - Job DescriptionContract Type: Full Time Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: 31,000 - 36,000 (depending on experience)Overview of the RoleA Multi Trade Operative works within the repairs and planned works team, carrying out maintenance and improvement work on housing stock. The role is key to delivering safe, high-quality homes and excellent customer service.Works across occupied and void propertiesDelivers repairs, maintenance, and installationsEnsures a customer focused service to tenantsSupports the delivery of safe, affordable homesKey Responsibilities General Repairs and MaintenanceCarry out a range of multi trade tasks, including:PlumbingJoinery / carpentryPlastering and tilingPainting and decoratingGroundworks (e.g. paths, drainage, external repairs)Roofing repairs (e.g. tiles, minor roof maintenance)Complete both reactive repairs and planned maintenance worksDiagnose faults and resolve issues efficiently Installations and Property ImprovementsUndertake kitchen and bathroom replacements or upgradesCarry out associated works including:Plumbing connectionsJoinery installationsFlooring and finishingExternal works such as groundwork preparation where required Customer ServiceCommunicate clearly with tenants and colleaguesProvide a professional service in customers'' homesEnsure projects meet customer satisfaction standards Health and Safety ComplianceFollow strict health and safety proceduresUse tools, materials, and equipment safelyEnsure all work ..... full job details .....
