You''ll play a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex property issues, helping to provide customers with safe, healthy and well-maintained homes.The RoleWorking across occupied and void residential properties, you''ll be responsible for investigating, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of complex building defects, with a particular focus on damp, mould, condensation and structural repairs.Your responsibilities will include:Diagnosing the root cause of damp, mould, condensation and building fabric issues.Carrying out complex multi-trade repairs to a high standard.Completing planned works including kitchens, bathrooms and structural reinstatement where required.Undertaking carpentry, joinery, plastering, rendering, brickwork, basic plumbing and general building ..... full job details .....
