Your main base will be East London with regular travel required across East London and Essex. A company van will be provided.You''ll be an essential member of the Direct Repairs department providing a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property service delivery. You''ll successfully deliver the works required to a high quality, and as detailed within the order, to maximise first time fix criteria, appointment objectives, enhance resident satisfaction, with efficient working practices.What you''ll haveExperience as a Plumber or Carpenter.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You''ll have a one team, team spirited ethos.You must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than six points and with no serious motoring offences in the last 10 years (i.e., CD, DD, DG, DR, IN, MR, TT). You must also have a minimum of two years driving experience.
