We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading student accommodation provider for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to support the maintenance and upkeep of student residential properties across London.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy facilities team, carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within occupied student accommodation buildings.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out responsive repairs and maintenance across student accommodation properties.Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works.Diagnose and rectify building defects and maintenance issues.Complete electrical and general multi-trade maintenance tasks.Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety legislation.Conduct dynamic risk assessments before undertaking work.Maintain accurate records through digital job management systems.Identify and report additional maintenance requirements.Deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times.Ensure properties remain safe, secure, warm and fully operational for residents.Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience working as a Multi Trade Operative, Maintenance Operative, Facilities Technician or similar.Practical experience within construction, maintenance or facilities management environments.NVQ ..... full job details .....
