This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy facilities team, carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within occupied student accommodation buildings. Key Responsibilities - Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across student accommodation properties. Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works. Diagnose and rectify building defects and maintenance issues. Complete electrical and general multi-trade maintenance tasks. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety legislation. Conduct dynamic risk assessments before undertaking work.
