Multi-Trader - Social Housing Maintenance

Location: Bethnal Green & Hackney (within a 10-mile radius)
Salary: Hourly rate for 12 weeks, then £44,000 permanent salary
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate

We're looking for experienced Multi-Traders to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Bethnal Green, Hackney and surrounding areas.

The Role

• Day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties
• Carrying out a range of multi-trade works
• Working locally within a 10-mile radius
• Providing excellent customer service in residents' homes

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Overtime available after probation

Multi Trader Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' Multi-Trade experience
• Full UK driving licence (up to 6 points accepted)
• MUST have a Clean DBS
• Strong domestic repairs and maintenance experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
