Qualifications Proven experience as a Fitter or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry. Carpentry background is a must. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong skills in plumb, plaster, build, roof, fabricate, weld, paint, and masonry techniques.
