This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with strong carpentry and plumbing experience who enjoys working in residential properties and takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair works across occupied and void properties, ensuring homes are safe, well maintained and completed to a high standard.
