Multi Trade Operative

We are currently looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to work on a social housing maintenance contract covering the Leeds area for a well-established housing maintenance contractor.This opportunity is with a respected maintenance provider delivering repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties. We''re looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with a strong all-round skillset (excluding plumbing) who is available to start as soon as possible on an ongoing temporary contract.I''d be keen to speak to anyone with experience working within social housing, repairs or property maintenance, whether you''ve previously worked as a Multi-Trade Operative, Carpenter, Joiner, Maintenance Operative, Handyperson or in a similar role.As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within tenanted social housing propertiesCompleting a range of multi-trade works including joinery, patch plastering, painting, basic tiling and general repairsEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenantsWorking across properties throughout the Leeds areaManaging your workload efficiently while maintaining excellent customer serviceI''d love to speak to anyone who has:Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative within repairs and maintenancePrevious experience working within social housing (desirable)A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleThe ability to work independently and deliver ..... full job details .....
