Multi Trade Operative

We are currently looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to work on a social housing voids programme covering the Buxton area for a well-established housing maintenance contractor.This opportunity is with a respected maintenance provider delivering refurbishment works to empty social housing properties. We''re looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with a strong joinery background and good plumbing skills who is available to start as soon as possible, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position if desired! I''d be keen to speak to anyone with experience working within social housing, refurbishment or maintenance, whether you''ve previously worked as a Multi-Trade Operative, Joiner, Carpenter, Kitchen Fitter, Maintenance Operative or in a similar role.As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:Carrying out refurbishment works to void (empty) social housing propertiesCompleting a range of joinery and carpentry repairs, including fitting doors, kitchens and internal woodworkUndertaking plumbing work as part of kitchen and bathroom replacementsCompleting general making-good and finishing works to bring properties back to a lettable standardWorking across multiple properties throughout Buxton, Glossop, New Mills, Whaley Bridge and surrounding areasI''d love to speak to anyone who has:Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative with a joinery/carpentry biasGood plumbing skills, particularly within kitchen and bathroom installationsPrevious experience working within ..... full job details .....
