Key Responsibilities for Multi Trade Operative:

• Carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks, particularly in kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Completing basic plumbing works
• Laying various types of flooring
• general maintenance duties
• Working across both tenanted and void properties

Requirements for Multi Trade 0perative:

• Experienced-in a similar Multi Trade Operative role
• Experience working within-social housing-environments
• Proven ability to work in both void properties
• Own tools and van-
