This opportunity is with a respected contractor delivering refurbishment and turnaround works to void properties for a number of housing providers. You''ll be joining a busy, growing team with consistent work across Preston, Liverpool, Manchester and the surrounding areas. I''d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in property maintenance and refurbishment, whether you''ve previously worked as a Multi Skilled Operative, Joiner, Carpenter, Kitchen Fitter, Bathroom Fitter, Plumber, Maintenance Operative , or in a similar role.
