Multi Trade Operative 38,000 per annumA leading housing provider is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their repairs team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will carry out responsive and planned maintenance works across London delivering high-quality repairs within occupied social housing properties.The role will involve travelling between properties and sites; however, every effort will be made to allocate work as close to your home location as possible.Key ResponsibilitiesCarpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, kitchens, and general woodwork.Plumbing repairs including taps, toilets, pipework, and sanitaryware.Patch plastering, making good, and minor rendering repairs.Wall and floor tiling repairs.Painting and decorating works.UPVC window and door repairs.Fault finding and diagnosing maintenance issues.Completing reactive and planned maintenance works to a high standard.Using PDA/mobile devices to manage and complete repairs.Providing excellent customer service to residents.RequirementsPrevious experience within Social Housing, Reactive Maintenance, or Property Services.Experience working within occupied residential properties.Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently.Strong communication and customer service skills.Basic DBS Check.Full UK Driving Licence.Package 38,000 per annum.Company-branded van.Fuel card.Uniform and PPE provided. ..... full job details .....
