Undertake a variety of multi-trade works, including basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and associated repairs. Diagnose faults accurately and determine appropriate and cost-effective repair solutions. Complete repair and maintenance tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation, policies and procedures. Provide a professional, respectful and courteous service to residents, tenants and customers. Accurately complete job sheets, photographs, reports and other required documentation.
