Multi-Trade Operative (Kitchen Fitter)Salary: Up to 38,847.17 per annum + van Location: Eastleigh Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Full-time, Permanent We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with strong kitchen fitting skills to join a busy Planned Works team. You''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality kitchen installations and refurbishment works within customers'' homes, using your wider skills in areas such as carpentry and plumbing to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities:Complete kitchen installations, replacements and refurbishment works.Carry out associated carpentry, plumbing and general multi-trade works.Work safely and efficiently, ensuring a right-first-time approach.Complete works in line with agreed programmes, specifications and building standards.Work collaboratively with colleagues and other trades.Maintain excellent communication with customers and provide a professional, friendly service.Identify and resolve issues on site to minimise delays and ensure customer satisfaction.Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
