Multi Trade Operative (Kitchen Fitter)

Responsibilities-

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on social housing (Kitchens)
• Using a variety of trade skills including carpentry, plumbing and masonry.
• Ensure that work is carried out to a professional standard, adhering to building regulations, codes of practice or best practice.

Skills required-

• Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
• Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales.
• Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties.
• Full Driving licence (clean)
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work.

Please be aware the hourly pay rate for this role is--24.00 Ltd-(PAYE equivalent -20.59 inclusive of holiday).
