Your new companyWe are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy social housing maintenance programme across Nottinghamshire Working on behalf of a reputable public sector organisation, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and refurbishment works within residential properties.Your new roleAs a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works within vacant social housing properties. You will be expected to work independently, managing your own workload and ensuring properties are completed to a high standard within agreed timescales.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out repairs and refurbishment works within void properties.Completing a range of trade tasks including: Basic carpentry, Plumbing repairs, Plastering and patch repairs, Painting and decorating, General maintenance worksIdentifying additional repairs required within properties.Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.Preparing properties for re-letting within target deadlines.Maintaining accurate records and reporting completed works.What you''ll need to succeedPrevious experience working within social housing repairs, maintenance or void property refurbishment is essential.Ideally qualified in a recognised trade (NVQ, City and Guilds or equivalent).Strong multi-trade background with the ability to turn your hand to a variety of repairs.Full UK driving licence.Own van and tools ..... full job details .....
