This is a bridge role between the labouring team and skilled trades, helping keep the project moving by picking up the smaller works and scope gaps that sit between different trades. The Role You will be working as part of the site team, carrying out a variety of general building, maintenance and making-good tasks. The role would suit someone who is practical, adaptable and confident tackling different jobs as they arise. Typical duties will include: General builders works and minor construction tasks Minor repairs and maintenance Installing and forming service holes / access openings Making good and remedial works Basic carpentry and general fixing Assisting trades where required Picking up small works and tasks that fall between different trades General snagging and finishing works Keeping work areas tidy and safe Working ...
