Handyperson / Multi-Skilled Site Operative Central LondonLocation: Central London Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm Duration: Temporary until late autumn Sector: Major school refurbishment project We are looking for a reliable, multi-skilled Handyperson / Site Operative to join a busy school refurbishment project in Central London. This is a bridge role between the labouring team and skilled trades, helping keep the project moving by picking up the smaller works and scope gaps that sit between different trades. The Role You will be working as part of the site team, carrying out a variety of general building, maintenance and making-good tasks. The role would suit someone who is practical, adaptable and confident tackling different jobs as they arise. Typical duties will include: General builders works and minor construction tasksMinor repairs and maintenanceInstalling and forming service holes / access openingsMaking good and remedial worksBasic carpentry and general fixingAssisting trades where requiredPicking up small works and tasks that fall between different tradesGeneral snagging and finishing worksKeeping work areas tidy and safeWorking closely with site management and the wider project teamAbout You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced working as a Handyperson, Multi-Skilled Operative, Maintenance Operative or similarPractical and able to turn their hand to a variety of tasksComfortable working on a busy construction or refurbishment siteAble to work ..... full job details .....
