You will take pride in delivering high-quality repairs across occupied and void properties, ensuring safe, comfortable homes for our residents.About the RoleAs a Multi-Skilled Trade Operative, you will carry out remedial, disrepair, responsive, and refurbishment works across a variety of social housing properties. You will attend planned and reactive jobs, working independently to diagnose issues and complete repairs to a high standard.Typical tasks include:1st and 2nd fix joinery and plumbingDiagnosing and rectifying creaking floorsInstalling external doors and framesSealant applicationRoutine and planned domestic maintenance including:Basic plumbingCarpentry and joineryPainting and decoratingPlastering and plaster patchingWall and floor tilingRoofing repairsLocksmith experienceFire door maintenance qualification (preferred but not essential)Cap and cove installation (experience preferred)You must have:City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Building Maintenance, Multi-Trade Repair and Refurbishment, or an equivalent trade qualification.Strong multi-trade repair experience, ideally within the social housing sector (beneficial but not essential).Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage your own workload.Experience ..... full job details .....
